Through our Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinator (ROSS-SC) program, we aim to transform vacant city lots into vibrant community spaces equipped with benches, recreation equipment, and solar lighting. 

By creating well-maintained public areas, we will foster greater pride and respect in the neighborhood, empowering residents to take ownership of their community.
